2. Under Add a new email account, fill in the fields with the login, password and mailbox quota you wish you create. The quota is in MB, it limits the amount of disk space the email account will have.
Click create and you've just create an email account.
3. To create a forwarder, go back to the main cPanel page and under Mail again, click the forwarder icon:
4. Click Add Forwarder, and you should be redirected to another page.
Fill in the required fields - address and destination, you shouldn't need to worry too much about the "pipe to a program" - leave that blank. Select the Forward to email address under destination, and enter the email you wish to forward your mail to. Click add forwarder and you're done.
